Stainless Steel Cleanroom Tables (Class 1 - 100,000)

Pre-cleaned and packaged for cleanroom applications.

Features

Solid Top furnished with 1 5/8" rolled rim edge on front and back. Sides are flat turned down and hemmed. Sturdy solid tops are reinforced with welded stainless steel hat channels.
Perforated Tops are punched on 3/4' diameter holes on 1" staggered centers, designed to maximize laminar airflow. 3 3/4" solid border dimension on sides. 2 1/2" solid border dimension on front and back. Perforated tops are reinforced with two welded stainless steel channels which run front to back on each side.
Available with stainless steel bottom shelf.

Construction

All TIG welded. Exposed weld areas polished to match adjacent surface.
Stud welded hat section reinforces and maintains a level working surface.
Gussets welded to support hat sections.

Material
Top:
16 gauge stainless steel type "304" series.
*48" wide solid table tops are constructed from 14 gauge type "304" series stainless steel.
**48" wide perforated table tops are constructed from 16 gauge type "304" series stainless steel.

Legs:
1 5/8" diameter tubing 16 gauge type "304" series stainless steel. Stainless steel gussets. 1 " adjustable plastic bullet feet.

Standard Stainless Steel Work Tables (Class 100 - 100,000)

Features

Top is furnished with 1-5/8" sanitary rolled rim edges on 4 sides with rounded "bull nose" corners
TWO hat channels stud welded to reinforce and maintain a level working surface. 30" and 36" wide tables supplied with THREE hat channels.
Pre-engineered welded angle adapters insure ease of future drawer installation.
Available with stainless steel bottom shelf.

Construction

All TIG welded. Exposed weld areas polished to match adjacent surfaces.
Entire top mechanically polished to a satin finish.
Stud welded hat section reinforces and maintains a level working surface.
Gussets welded to support hat sections.

Top: 16 gauge stainless steel type "304" series.
Stretchers: 1-5/8" dia. tubular stainless steel.
Legs: 1-5/8" diameter tubular stainless steel.

TMG-Series. Galvanized Legs - Open Base
Top: 16 gauge stainless steel type "304 series.
Stretchers: 1-5/8" dia. tubular galvanized steel.
Legs: 1-5/8" diameter tubular galvanized steel.
Galvanized steel gussets.
1 " adjustable bullet feet.

Economy Stainless Steel Work Tables

May be used in class 1,000/10,000/100,000 cleanrooms as well as some class 100 cleanrooms. This unit is not pre-cleaned.

Features

ELAG Top is furnished with 1 5/8" square bend on sides and 1 5/8" rolled rim on front and rear.
Two hat-channels stud welded under tabletop to reinforce and maintain a level work surface.
Aluminum die cast "leg-to-shelf" clamp secures shelf to leg eliminating unsightly nuts and bolts. Undershelf is fully adjustable.
Available with stainless steel bottom shelf.

Construction
