Modular Hardwall Cleanrooms are prefabricated, factory engineered and designed to meet a full range of cleanroom requirements found in industries ranging from Micro-Electronics, Aerospace, Medical equipment and packaging. Modular Hardwall Cleanrooms are also an excellent product for the Compounding Pharmacy market. They meet and exceed all of the requirements found in USP 797.

Modular Hardwall Cleanroom Prefabricated Modular Hardwall Cleanrooms by design can be used as a totally freestanding self-contained room or used in combination with existing walls. Modular Hardwall Cleanrooms come completely factory prefabricated for minimal on-site erection time and in some cases can be installed with little to no down time to your operation.

This Modular Cleanroom packages can also include Heating and A/C and modular wiring system that, when installed, gives you a single point power option, which can be utilized for all electrical wiring including Outlets, Fan Powered HEPA filters (FFU’s) and Lights, offering the most flexible building system available.

Modular Hardwall Cleanrooms are constructed from components which can be changed in size and design and meet cleanliness levels from Class 100,000 (ISO 8) to Class 10 (ISO 4). The pre-fabricated panelized wall systems allow rooms to be modified, expanded or relocated with minimal expense. So, if the need arises, you can take the room (your investment) with you, with a minimal amount of manpower and on-site facility interruptions. Hardwall Cleanrooms are almost 100% reusable.

Prefabrication of wall panels, windows and doors (entry ways) means construction times are a fraction of conventional methods, substantially reducing mess and disruption.

Wall systems can be constructed to meet your exact requirements or preferences using a variety of surfaces including steel, FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic), high pressure laminated finishes and more.

Modular Hardwall Cleanrooms by their nature are less expensive than standard sheet rock construction and can be installed in a fraction of the time of a conventional project, providing typical price advantage of 25-30%. Modular Hardwall Cleanroom construction also offers cost savings in design (in most cases, there is no need for an outside architect or engineering firm) and construction (we offer installation, reducing or eliminating the need for a general contractor). It is always recommended that you work with your existing and approved subcontractor for the mechanical and electrical systems.

Further systems may qualify for the accelerated depreciation of 7 years vs 39.5 year for conventionally constructed facilities. Consult your accountant for qualifications.
